Sometimes you will need things fixing or replacing and this will require investigation by a professional electrician.  Our staff will visit site, carry out an informed and educated investigation and quote for the works.  If you decide not to go ahead with the work, you only pay us for the investigation time (minimum of call out charge), we may of course be able to correct the fault in this time as well but, rest assured, we will keep you informed and updated
